Our services are built around the continuity of care model, ensuring you receive consistent, personalized support throughout your healthcare journey. From your initial visit to ongoing follow-ups, our dedicated team provides seamless, coordinated care that evolves with your needs. Gynecological Care
GYN visits are available from puberty through menopause. At this visit we will discuss lifestyle choices, nutrition, vitamin supplementation, exercise, mental & emotional wellness, and reproductive health, including family planning options. We perform a physical exam, including a breast exam, and offer services such as pap smears, hormone and thyroid testing, Vitamin D checks, and IUD placement or removal.
Pre-Conception
Preconception visits are available for anyone planning on, or trying to conceive. At this visit we will discuss lifestyle choices, nutrition, vitamin supplementation, exercise & optimizing your chances for conception. We can perform some of the pre-pregnancy lab work such as a pap smear, your Vitamin D & thyroid levels (if desired) and help you prepare for pregnancy issues such as morning sickness.
Pre-Natal + Birth Care
We are a state-licensed, free-standing birth center that offers a uniquely personalized experience. We limit the number of clients we take each month so that you get all the time and attention you deserve at your appointments, on your baby's birth day & beyond. Informed consent & autonomy are the foundation of all we do as we provide all the care you need from conception to birth & beyond.
