Gynelogical Care
GYN visits are available from puberty through menopause, with care provided by our experienced affiliate nurse midwives who specialize in gynecological health.
​
Each visit may include:

Physical exam + breast exam

Conversations around lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and vitamin supplementation

Mental and emotional wellness support
-
Reproductive health and family planning options
-
Pap smears, hormone/thyroid panels, and Vitamin D testing
-
IUD placement and removal​

We can provide a superbill for most major insurance providers, and many GYN exams are often covered at 100%. Out-of-pocket cost is $175, plus any applicable lab fees.
Preconception visits are available for anyone planning or trying to conceive, with a focus on helping you feel prepared, informed, and supported from the start.

During your visit, we may cover:

Lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise guidance

Vitamin supplementation to support conception

Optimizing your chances for a healthy pregnancy

Pre-pregnancy lab work (including pap smear, Vitamin D, and thyroid levels if desired)

Preparing for common early pregnancy experiences, like morning sickness

The cost of this visit is $200 plus labs. If you conceive within one year and begin care with us, $100 will be applied toward your midwifery fee. It’s all part of our commitment to supporting you, and the journey ahead.
We are a state-licensed, free-standing birth center offering a deeply personalized approach to care.
