During your visit, your provider will take time to get to know you and your health goals while creating space for open, comfortable conversation. Your appointment may include a physical exam and breast exam, along with discussions surrounding lifestyle, nutrition, vitamin supplementation, exercise, mental and emotional wellness, and reproductive health. If desired, we can also discuss fertility awareness and family planning options personalized to your needs.
