We have some amazing "affiliate" nurse midwives (CNM's) who work out of Born & specialize in full spectrum health. At this visit we will do a physical exam including a breast exam, discuss lifestyle choices, nutrition, vitamin supplementation, exercise, mental & emotional wellness & reproductive systems including family planning options (if desired).
